@spazout01 I see, but there is a lot more choice than there appears to be. God put Adam in a perfect situation, but he still chose to sin. He was our representative. Any human being ever put in Adam's situation with the fruit and the tree would do the exact same thing. That is why God is able to judge us by Adam's deed. So for all practical purposes we do have a choice, because we would all make the exact same choice as Adam.
@ggcage Why was the tree of Knowledge in the garden in the first place if Adam was not to eat from it? And what about the Tree of Life? God only banned them from Eden in fear they would also eat from this tree and become Gods themselves.
"The "All Knowing" God made us curious creatures, as far as i'm concerned, that's his fault for leaving Adam/Eve with the trees in the first place, not mine.
@spazout01 What you have to realize is that is that God created us to love Him. The kind of love that God wants requires free will. Free will implies the possibility to do wrong. If God created us so that we could never sin, then that would defeat the entire purpose of our existence.
I don't have all the answers. Nobody does. But in the end, you have to trust in God's infinite wisdom and not your own finite knowledge.
uhhhh... isn't man born with 'Original Sin'? There isn't much choice in that matter
