I always filled it completely with water to give it its maximum weight...

Be sure that you count with plenty of clear space around!

@Blackjesus3 i bought it. i'm not a boxer and only got it for exercise purposes and for that i think it works great and for $100 i think its worth it. maybe i dont have the power of a professional but i never had a problem of it falling over it does rock a little i filled it with water and gel
