I downloaded your solo book. Thanks man for your effort on transferring these beautiful pieces into ukulele tabs... Ukulele is just perfect for playing medieval and renaissance music. It kinda resembles those medieval lutes
Thanks. It's the one and only mic I've been using for all my YT vids so far, an AKG C2000B. Although it looks so big it's a small diaphragm condenser mic.
I guess the "Glyph" made up for your "shortcomings", Wilfried. It sounded great. It looks like the neck is unusually long compared to the size of the body. Is it a special design?
Very nice ) Although , i am prefer guitar, but in this case ( i mean - old music - like this ) Ukulel tone -perfect )) well done !

Thanks. Indeed, you are right. The sound of the ukulele seems to be more lute-like as the sound of a guitar to my ears, as well.

Hi, you can use
5
6
5
7
instead and play the next melody note with a 8 instead of 7 on the 4th string. Then just slide down into the following F chord.

Sometimes you are expecting too much. I wouldn't want to ruin the sound even more with my voice ;)

Aloha Valéry, thanks, i'm still happy with it -- however watching your last vid it looks like you don't need a glyph any more ;)

Oh man, you really derserve an instrument like that, just like an instrument like that deserves to be played by you! Just beautiful.
What is it, spruce top? Rosewood back? Wooden peg tuners?
BaronK69 2 years ago
Thanks so much :) ... It's spruce top, walnut back, and peghed tuners. Look at the glyph website for some pictures ;)
wwelti 2 years ago
Yeah, I already checked that out - stunning beauty! Congrats! But it most have cost you a fortune...
BaronK69 2 years ago
Thanks. It wasn't that bad, Dave's prices are comparably modest regarding the quality he delivers. And I had enough time to save for it ;)

Thanks Mike. No, it's just the perspective. The neck is not longer as usual.
