  • chicago was too tame to embrace big black when they came out with this. fuck chicagoans and their lame ass indie music scene these days.

  • thank you

  • haha first post hardcore band ever =]

  • @Z4d1s Um, no. Not even close. You are off by almost 10 years. Try Red Lorry Yellow Lorry - Nothing wrong or maybe even Jesus and Mary Chain which is similar in sound (but not content). Lena Lovich, Ministry, Five Story Fall, and Husker Du, and last but not least, Dead Kennedys.

ps: I still have this cd in my collection along with a sorely missed Mr. Bungle.

  • @losghost It's the first post hardcore band I've listened to :]

  • @Z4d1s Fair nuff! :)

  • Hey dude, great song and sick album, if you dont know of scratch acid you might like them there similar

  • god. the janglyness of the guitar is just awesome. on highquality gear (that I never had as a broke teen and college student when I got into BB :) you can really hear it, its like gongs or chimes or something. Not too unlike the wall of noise that MBV later produced, the harmonics here belie the noise surrounding them. So awesome.

  • emylirl thx for the info on THE PROBLEM WITH MUSIC, and this song is fkcing badass.

  • f'n awesome

  • if u use as little as possible and live small you will see rewards.. most bands nowadays aren't even musicians.. so to speak.

  • god steve really rips this shit of his guitar... i love the guitar on Racer X

  • he plays with a metal guitar pick of his own design.

thats why it sounds so jangly.......god he's a fucking genius

  • woah this is awesome

  • when i'm feeling mean this is my soundtrack

but i didn't fuck all her girlfriends and they don't hate her coz i am to modest and retiring

  • did they read the contract? they can go ahead and fire the lawyer lol. so how do bands end up rich on mtv cribs if this is going on? what do they do different? i only ask cause im in a band

  • Many of the hot artists get the "money," cars, and clothes as long as they continue to sell records, but are indebted to the record companies, and will have all of that stuff repo'ed if they happen to hit a dry spell.
