there is no "slide to unlock" writing in springboard theme file.

I did everything exactly as you did, but no labels such as slide to unlock. I have slide to cancel, slide to reply, and etc.., but no slide to unlock. Please help me with it than I'll subscibe. thanx

@Floccinaucinihillipi If you have WinterBoard and Slide to Unlock Killer, there should be a folder called Themes.xxxxxxx. The x's represent the random letters with each iOS device

@iKREATEi The background is "City Light" in Cydia. Don't worry if it freezes. It will start back up when you pause the music that may be playing.

@ksasosva At this time, I used iFile to move the image files, but if you have 4.0, you can jailbreak using Redsn0w6-1b1, and activate "home screen wallpaper". If you don't have 4.0 (or 4.1 by now) then get it. BUT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR JAILBREAK DATA. If you want to keep your firmware, then let me know.

well i did it and wen i went to winterboard to turn it on i did it an it rebooted and it said slide to unlock still so i went back into ifile and wen i clicked on the springboard.strings it erased everything and said error and a bunch of other stuff an then after i clicked ok it erased everything so idk wat to do now):

It is the following:

Lock Screen: V838 Monocerotis

Slider: Apple SLiders

Background: City Lights

Font(s) are included in a Cydia application.

Were you wanting some thing else?

It could be a couple of things.

Try reinstalling the Slide to unlock Killer and try again. If this still doesn't work, I have a plan B

@theRAFrule Mine was 3oVs1u, but every person's extension is different. You may have two files with "Themes" in it, but one of them should have them. If yours doesn't have any, that is not good. In that case simply look around your files.

You should have a folder that has the word themes in it, it may not be Themes.3oVs1u, but there might be two. One should be empty, the other should be like the one I have. It will have your themes.

If you still don't have it still, you don't have WinterBoard, or you deleted the file. The file can be replaced by SSH, but the easiest way is to reinstall WinterBoard.

or simply search City Lights.
