Y'know, when a species achieves the ability to split the atom and land on other worlds, they later gain the knowledge of faster-than-light travel. Later is 50 years. 2019, is that year. Or earlier, if I start building my prototypes early. The electron-gamma vortex manipulator will tear a hole in time and space, and allow passage to other worlds.
