@cantorock if it was a VIP invite from Microsoft for natal, they wouldn't let them in with a camera(like they did to me). Unless they were VERY close friends with Kudo Tsunoda they may let them in with a camera. I highly doubt it's real.

@gigaXking it's more likely that it will settle down, and they will start copying each other, which may not be a bad thing.

Move is good for the type of games that they've demonstrated, but the body tracking isn't really great. Natal is the opposite, really good tracking, but so far no real evidence of it integrating well into anything other than party games.

Really, Natal needs a wand and Move needs a 3D camera, but we'll probably have to wait for the next console war before we see that

Now I'm just waiting for the first killer headline on launch: "Natal cannot see Muslims!", when the world realises that Natal cannot see people in loose-fitting long clothes or Muslim head-scarves.

Interesting tech though. But if I want to play games I'd prefer a combination of camera technology and a controller, for shooting, changing weapons. Cameras like Natal and PlayStation Eye should complement the controller, not replace it.

Microsoft will sell better motion wands or tracker pieces to put on your body once we get closer to launch.

This is not, I repeat, not going to revolutionize the gaming industry. It will make X-Box 360 more appealing to the casual gamer, and merely make it more like the Wii. Even though I may not get Natal, I can`t wait for it, and the PS3 arc controller to drop so that they will bury the Wii. I despise the Wii and all the children and grandparents who play it.... :oP

Natal has little, to no, functionality in FPS games, for 1. It is better suited for games which are specifically crafted for it, such as the ball game which has been demoed. The delay in response will be fixed for low-end games like this. However, the high end games like Burnout Paradise, will enivetably suffer a delay. This is due to the final product not having its own dedicated processor. It will use about 33% of the Xbox 360's processing power. This will cause high end games to suffer.

its aimed at all modern games sorry not just microsoft. I just miss older games that were worth my money. Been playing great games from the atari 2600 and ST upwards and feeling like console gaming died with the PS2/Dreamcast/ GC/ old Xbox era. Now were just stuck with really short games, pc ports and ones which have little to no effort in the single player as they focus on online play IMO. The only game i've truly been absorbed in on this Gen was MGS4. Still waiting for the new legacy of kain:(

the only reason it gets left out is because the wii isn't for hardcore gamers, even the head of Nintendo said they weren't targeting hardcore gamers, the wii is only a family console, that's why Microsoft made "natal" so they can have more family games, same with ps3 and the camera they have. just because the wii is in a league of its own doesn't make it good, it just makes it different.
