Here are Lily's measurements: 33-23-33... I have the same measurements, the only difference is I'm two inches shorter than her. I can assure you I do eat cake, in fact I love all sugar things. Just because a person is thin and in shape doesn't mean they starve themselves, it just means they either have good genes or lead a healthy lifestyle.
