What does G-d mean when he says Torah is FOREVER?

My understanding is that לעולם means until the world to come, not forever.

Regarding Christians, the book of Revelation Chapter 21:1,6 and Matthew 5:18 makes it clear that the Torah is not finished until heaven and earth pass away. The Jewish apostles were in the temple every day in the book of Acts and still doing sacrifices after the New Covenant had been ushered in according to them. So clearly there is no continuity to the practices of the Jewish apostles amongst Western Christians.
