  • HEY !! It's Jerry Garcia!

  • Rolf harris could learn some shit from you my man. 2 weeks? awesome. If you're looking for a tip I say just keep playing the song and fine tuning it to your own style. Your voice is full of character and you got a great ryhthym. keep on keepin on.

  • great song old timer

  • I think this may be Dylan best song(!!?!) Yeah, or at least my very favorite - from the greatest and most celebrated songwriter of our times. (I play a couple dozen myself). And a fantastic rendition as well - full of emotion and joie de vivre and respect for Dylan too. I am very, very impressed. Thanks - from me to you...

  • This is great! Definately my favorite song by Dylan. You hit all the right notes and everything man. It's good to still see some Dylan fans getting into it and playing some of his songs. I think it would be nice to hear a little solo towards the outro when you're jamming. Maybe somebody with a mandolin?

  • Actually I appreciate both the well intentioned input on playing this song, as well the comments expressing that my version is worthy of listening to...

    Thanks all.

  • dylan loves the capo. the blood on the tracks version was likely played in G/C with a capo on the 2nd fret. chords being g f c d and em.

instead of the a sus 4, play G and hammer on the g/c chord for the intro.

go from 320003 to 3x2013 and back to the G.

the open e new york version is quite different too. someday i'll post a vid.

  • I didnt notice him asking for opinions so just enjoy his wonderful take on a classic. I'm looking forward to your version too. ROCK-ON

  • "Recorded about 2 weeks after I learned the song. Just trying to get some hints about controlling the intensity and quality of my play on Bob Dylan's "Tangled Up In Blue"."

  • ahh Yes I am corrected and stand before you asking for your eternal forgiveness. still his version wasnt bad. good tips though they are. ROCK-ON

  • Very good, i enjoyed that.Top marks! Big Dylan fan - Belfast, Northern Ireland.

  • Very good dude!

  • that was great. keep it up

  • Holy crap, I didn`t know George Lucas played guitar as well!

  • you rock dude! this video inspired me to go out and buy a webcam and try it for myself.

  • I have seen Dylan about 14 times in concert since 1976 and have heard him sing Tangled Up In Blue many times. You do the song great justice. EXCELLENT JOB!

  • Very good cover!!

    Your Pal

    JFK

  • Lose yourself in it--good job. Great song, huh?

  • I've said it before, but that's my guitar!! I like this take on the song, too! (Would like to hear more?)

  • good effort! from the heart...

  • Good Job.. its fine the way it is.

  • Dylan is horrible? What do you mean by that?

  • No one can comment on voice since Dylan's is so horrible, I'm loving the guitar!

  • Dylan does do that to people.

    They'll ban music next!

    keep on keepin'on!

  • finally found u! awesome!

  • that's how you do it

  • This song is usually terribly covered...that being said, your voice works really well with the song...the guitar sounds good, and I'm sure it will improve as you get more comfortable with it(not that it was bad). Well done.
