you can't as you have sold all the rights to another company, what you can do is start a website from scratch and it won't be as famous as youtube, that if in the selling agreement, Google didn't force you to not build a concurrent website for at least 20 years !

This is true, but YouTube is the most terrible thing ever now. Google is a monster. It has gotten WAY too powerful and needs to be stopped (along with Microsoft, of course).
