The only way to find Reptile in 1-Player game is by following those clues: Be at "The Pit" stage. Just so while shadows are flying across the moon, You might always wanna win 2 perfect rounds (a "Double Flawless Victory") instead of blocking and do the fatality on CPU's opponent at the end of Round 2. Then, defeat Reptile at the bottom of the pit once and for all. Once You’ve performed a finishing move on Reptile, You’ll get an extra big bonus 10 million points!

@elegalams Aside from the 10,000,000 points, all of that is mentioned in the description already. The reason the 10,000,000 isn't properly added to the score is because it's a bug in MAME.
