Thanks for this ive just tested myself and i was in shear agony trying to lift my right leg, I also have complete numbess behind back of my thigh and calf and also my toes are numb :(( I will hobble over to my doctors office tomorrow morning, great that i have this for the festive season :( how do I cook Christmas dinner on Sat!
Thx Dctr...I was really curious of whether I am suffering from Sciatica as last week I got a Back pain left side....i got some muscle relaxants (cyclobenzaprine) and it worked but yesterday i went for some trip and I again got strain on my back muscles and very light leg pain...i tried this test and it didnt pain at all, in fact this stretch helped my pain..(although i couldnt go till 90% but yeah till 75%) thx
