I am also a road kill of Progressive insurance. When a 2.5 ton truck crashed through my bedroom at 45 mph, progressive insurance agents harassed me with phone calls and letters accusing me of being a fraud. I fought with them for 3 years and wanted to take my case to trial, but they paid thousands of dollars to professional witnesses like doctors and accident reconstructionist to lie. My doctors are not professional witnesses, they are good doctors. The tactics Progressive uses are criminal.

And take my mom out to eat. (My mom had been taking us everywhere and helped at the house and I mentioned this to her) I was in pain sitting there, and in tears, and she did this!!!!!!!She told me to get my son a game and said that sometimes kids get very excited over things like games etc.... It has been a mess. They admitted fault, however 4 mths later my bills are going to collections, and I could not finish p.t as I could not afford to go. Yet their CEO can donate 10 mill.4 x-prize. Sad

Progressive is just wrong. I never even thought twice about this company until I was rear ended by one of their insured. It was terrible. My son was in the car as well, and the lady who must have been looking at the sky on a long straight of way, in a school zone, slammed into us hard. My son was not even out of the doctors office, and I was on my way, when the adjuster called me (2nd day of injury) and offered my son and I 900.00 total. Told me to take my mom out to eat, and get my son a game.

i work at a progressive direct repair shop,they write there own estimate for used parts that look like there off derby cars sometimes.my boss knows its wrong but he has to suck there balls for brownie points to get more work in.if you dont go to one of there repair shops they make sure to put you on the back burnner and make it hell .even something mighty as the persian empire fell.i just hope in mylifetime i get to see progressive fall to there knees in lawsuits and shame

I am currently fighting Progressive Michigan Insurance for severe injuries I sustained in a rear-end collision. They are fighting me on this. I've lost my home, good credit rating(unpaid medical bills) and am about to become homeless. They are hiring Drs to lie on medical reports that there is nothing wrong. Since I probably won't receive any compensation from Progressive insurance, guess who will be paying for my medical needs, food stamps, shelter, etc...? You, the taxpayers. Sorry.

Private Eyes drug dogs, break into houses, tap phones, look through personal effects, bribe/bait friends and any other illegal activaty for corporate Americas fucking wealth. I tracked down the PI who did this to me, now I know where he lives, what he drives, where he works, and what his butt ugly wife looks like. Not to mention his name, age and typical police/law background they use to get info.
