@insanecat1 you mean the back flip twists? its all about technique which needs only practise :P first a new tricks is about getting over fear and then its just attempting and drilling the same move. you'll get there ;)

@SamuraiWarrior91 oh and if you really want a like straight tip you need to find the way getting JUMP HIGH and same time TWIST FAST. starting a twist is about upper body. we are not really good, you should watch kyle skelly or some gymnastics like ekm90 or mads pind. they just start spin immadiately when they jump but still getting it high. for starters throw hands from down to twisting side and keep tight. for fast spin you must have straight body position.

I'm a fellow trampoline fanatic, and I was wondering if you had any tips for double fronts/double backs. Me and my buddy can do double fronts into a foam pit, but that's with a running start.

heh awesome. well first i must say safety first. when i tried firts times i waited until i was sure i can spin enought so i trained airs in basic flips. it seems you have some kind of experience to dfronts already. so after first attempts just more and more. think how to get fast spin and high airs at the same time.
