@Twillss Because, Would you not agree that stopping power was the most dominant and used most second perk? Therefore if you was running uav jammer, a lot of the time you would be having a gunfight with someone who had stopping power, therefore giving them an advantage so it was balanced. But in this game obviously there isn't stopping power so that means everyone has equal chance in a gunfight (in perks) so being hidden from the radar without that drawback makes it really powerful in my opinion.

First - Firing Range would be fine...if it weren't for the fact that I'm forced to play it over and over and over again. Literally 3 of 5 games are Firing Range. Booooooring.
