  • the original famous tamparuli hanging bridge was near the current dispensary near the town mosque. but it was destroyed by a big flood many years ago...

  • @onnicked

Thanks for the good piece of information. That will help where and what to look for next time when go there next time. About how many years ago you were talking about that big flood?

  • holy shit.... find this song nearly 20 years , call 悠扬的歌唱...lol ,thankssss a lot

  • i got the original one... near clinic... isn't?

  • @barabai6985

    what is near the clinic......?

  • This is actually a very nice composition! I wasn't aware of it being declared as a national folk song and to hear it in Chinese is totally amazing! Well done and thank you for uploading the video. :)

  • Anyone knows the lyrics of this songs?

  • i like this song but mosty i like the original song from justin lusah

  • hi all. im happy when people know that this 'jambatan tamparuli' origin sang by Justin Lusah, my dad. only that people keep in changin the music and lyric without permission. kesian lah my dad.

  • Justin Lusah is your dad? Really?

Changin' da music... yeah. Changin' da lyrics? Never noticed that one.. They shouldn't have done so. Except you meant people translated the lyrics, that I do know of. But don't worry... None of those remake beats your father's original composition. :)

I too wish the same as boogetman... "Man! I wish certain of things in this world are never changed :( "

  • yes, justin lusah is my Dad.

if just translate the lyrics & make the music more interesting, is ok for me, but changed the lyric is unacceptable.

thanks guys...keep on supporting him :)

  • Yes boogetman, for me I understand your intentions earlier... "is far-reaching for the audience in other nations. " I have nothing against translated lyrics or improvised music neither, as long as they give credits to the original singer. :)

Leneyuki, I thought all the artists nowadays who do remakes of your father's song had permissions, if not, don't you have the rights to file lawsuits against them? That is really sad. :(

  • hi ericjuman.. no permission at all. my dad did file it but untill now the case still pending. :(

  • @leneyuki

either you are darlene or her sister?? i'm from sunsuron tambunan... and i know justin lusah's family.

  • hi leneyuki. is ur dad Mr Justin Lusah..? well then it's nice to meet the daughter here. this song will stay evergreen as long as it lives. pls add me ya. i think u'll be surprise if u know my background. btw awesome video =)

  • Thanks, A.M. I am glad.

  • nice song. sadly it's very hard to find photos and videos of the original 'Jambatan Tamparuli'... ;(

  • These are Jambatan Tamparuli. Real pictures are taken from the real place. Well, they rebuilt the bridge for sure.

  • yeah, i know... i live here. i refer 'the original...' as the 1st bridge which Justin Lusah sang of.. this is the rebuild for sure. but NEway, it's still Jambatan Tamparuli. :)

  • Man! I wish certain of things in this world are never changed :(

  • Tahniah...lagu ni sangat menarik...

  • Saya setuju jugalah !
