Buble is such a personable guy. Saw him live last year, what a great performer! At the end of the show he talked about how he missed the more intimate venues and then he got rid of the microphone and sang unaided to the crowd of more than 10,000. It was amazing! Some set of pipes!

the performance of "Haven't Met You Yet" was really good, but the music sounds identical to how it does in the recorded version of the song. Nothing at all about it was different. Was the band playing to an instrumental recording, or do they have the thing down 100% to sound like the original version???

@Davrodeo yes...with all the prep on a talk show, doing a sound check is onerous for some facilities. So, just doing tight cam shots and quick post video edits maintains the credibility of the thing. Since these guys played on the original sessions (most likely) and have toured like crazy with the song, it's very very convincing. I noticed the same thing on other vids because I'm learning the song for my act as well. It's so popular, you just cannot NOT do it.
