Ampeg SVX live at NAMM - Bass guitar software

I don't like these kind of videos because they promote a false identification with the talent of the performer. If you buy this product, you will NOT sound like Bill Dickens, but that was all that was on display here. He didn't demonstrate the software, or even show the types of sounds you can get. All it did was show you you're never in life going to play as well as he does, and so what if you don't? How about a real product demo that helps you decide if you want the program??

@edenite AmpliTube has a free version that comes with a subset of the models available in the full version and also you can add Ampeg SVX and AmpliTube Fender, as well as Custom Shop gear to it.

Bill was apparently a drummer, so that explains his passion for percussion - he's fantastic at that. Overall though, EXTENDED staccato speed playing of any kind is not MY thing. That's why I also don't care for Malmsteen's guitar playing. I acknowledge their skill 100%, but prefer other more melodic masters.

in my experience doesnt sound good but you can test it yourself they got a demo

in the demo you can hear how it sound but it make a white noise each 10 seconds

i believe when you buy the software with the usb-to-1/4 input it might sound better

if you comnbine your amp with the svx it may sound good i did it with a ampeg b2-re head and a american jazz and sounded a litle better but the idea of the software is to use it as a amp simulator not a amp combinaton (sorry if my english wasnt perfect)
