haha ok i watched this in hopes of getting some tips on how to bind and i was just cracking up too much while watching this i couldnt focus enough. i had to watch it twice. do you know the official name for the thingy u used to bind? its something you found at wal-mart but im not too sure what it is exactly you called it.

As one who has wrestled with countless Ace Bandages to achieve a flat chest, I must admit, you guys win. I've heard about using back braces before but I always kind of doubted just how effective they are. Way to go guys! And also, I love whose ever room this is.

umm i binded for the first time at portcon and my friend did it too tight i didnt wanna give anyone a hug so i took it off half way threw and yeah you can breath but its hard just dont do it too hard

Yep. I prefer binding with back braces because it doesnt compact your chest as much. They slip a bit, but it's less blulky than ACE bandages.

i find that doing open shirt binding (even if you dont have an open shirt cosplay) looks better than ace, it keeps it from bulging up in the front from the layers of ace and is easier to breath :P

It's called the Muller Back Brace and I got mine at a local Wal-Mart for around 16 dollars.

Hhm, my friends and I have tried this, and it doesn't work very well with us. We still have that weird uni-bump in the middle...I'd suggest trying Underworks or T-Kingdom for a custom binder.

This really does work, and you don't need a Mueller back brace. In fact, any light- or regular-weight back brace can do, and it doesn't have to be Mueller brand. You really should wear something under it, though, even if its just a sports bra (they chafe bare skin), and have someone help you into it. Works really great! Thanks for the idea!
