Tuscani and tiburon are the same thing, all of them are fwd. Depends on what you have planed for the car, if you want a nice looking daily driver is ok, but if you plan on heavy modding it get a better platform, rwd or awd

that car is tuned to perfection i need my air intake, turbo, blow off valve, ive got exaust and mines is very loud.

It is just a matter of Marketing. The very same cars bears the name "Tiburon" in the States, the "Coupe" in Europe and "Tuscani" in its home country S. Coreea and SIngapore.
