I miss these buses so bad, with these buses was when CTA WAS SO SUCCESSFUL, MORE RELIABLE SERVICEs. Now, since these were gone, CTA service cuts gotten ridiculous and proposed to get a lot worse by next year.
Wow this allmost made me cry i drove 5347,5610,5362 and 5743. I will never forget 5347 Onenight i had the night car on the 53 run 349. And it was take what u want night well 5347 got to be on that nightcar that night. I will never forget that bus. All the others look at me like i was crazy taking that bus.
@cta6053 I feel you, I could care less if CTA still had some 4400s, I can take an 4400 on night run, i don't care if I'm the only one in the whole system who has a TMC. Now it's pretty sad that I barely see an NOVAbus 6400 on night run.
I'm going to miss seeing the good ol 1991's TMC RTS #4400 series and the Flxible Metro-B #5300 series; I'm also gonna miss the 1995's New Flyer D40LF #5800 series when I travel to Chicago next time. I've only ridden in the Flxible bus and the others of Chicago only once. Excellent video!
