@fooseven I personally would never use the smith machine for my clients but my clients have goals goals of pure strength and performance and I'd never discredit another trainers methods because his niche might be something completely different than mine and therefore will OBVIOUSLY do things much differently than me. Also I'll understand that a 3 minute clip doesn't give me any knowledge of the rest of the client's regimen.
