Even though hollister and carnegie are different, it doesn't make one better than the other. they both have cool stuff that for all riders. any place that allows you to ride your bike is sick in my opinion

twinkie hollister sucks. rangers are asses and everybody that rides there is just terrible. its overrated and shitty riding. carnegie has way more options open. I've riden at carnegie for 11 years and now would never change it

It's not like you can cover every square inch of the place, it just depends on your skill level and how hard you ride. I could spend a whole day in happiness valley, which is only a couple of acres, but it's gnarly as hell and too much fun. and i'm always findin new stuff every time out
Carnegie is the least up-kept park of all the northern OHV parks, but that's why I love it so much. If you can ride competitively at carnegie, then you can ride anywhere! carnegie fo life! Hollister is bad though, there is still some pretty fun stuff to hit, so you can't really hate on it.

I loved going to Stonyford when I lived in Cali. You just gotta make sure you have a map and a big fuel tank. Those trails go on and on. You also need to bring your common sense, cuz if you have trouble or get hurt help is a long way away.

both places have challenges but most of the carnegie hills are not maintianed, so there seem to be a lot more available
