So I wonder if this pole shift/megnetospheric phenomenon does this to real compasses (eg. old-style needle in glass case with water bubble), what does this do to more modern compasses like iPhone's?
I am a couple of days late on this; however, my 3 dogs on Wed (3/30) and Thurs (3/31), would not go outside, would not leave my side, and continued to whine, as if they were asking me something, or trying to tell me something. With the rain coming down, and being concerned about radioactive particles in precipitation, I was actually leaning toward that being the problem (their sense of smell, etc) until I saw this. For those naysayers, Dutch seems to be right on target most of the time.
This would be expected with a major shift of a tectonic plate like what occured with Japan earthquake. The flow of magma in the core of the earth will change as a result and as it does so the electromagnetic fields of the earth will be disrupted. I don't know why anyone would want to "hide" this normal and expected outcome of a natural change. (yeah yeah I know some of you think this was a man-made earthquake but I'm not buying that) Keep up good reporting Dutch

@heidimaria777 Same here - but it's been more like "pulsing" sensation, like a very strong heartbeat (after running a race) but really fast..at about 3 cycles per second., felt mostly in head, face, neck, hands.
@33rdPatriot I somehow know what you're talking about but I'm not feeling that fast high pulsing now. The most discomfort was on 3-18 and 19...there are so many potential causes though, for example EMFs like the wiring in the house or the computer, nonphysical energetic fields, nonphysical people bothering one, the cell phone signals, physiological problems, tectonic shifts and now this magnetic shifting too - so we need to be very discerning, going through the list and sensing which matches.
The NOAA alert Time line shows a Geomagnetic Sudden Impulse which was expected for March 30 and seismic activity usually follows... One was also issued prior to the BIG quake in Japan on March 10th...

Do the dates and times correlate if what is in that pic a gamma burst?
im in portland Oregon and my compasses (all 4) were going west farther than they should be. Then they started to go back to normal north then back west. Right now they are normal
my compass wavered many times mostly to 10 degrees west of what is now (normal) last night 3/30 from midnite to two am still jolting seen by kung fu teacher for last two hours it is 5:30pm now

hmmm i have a smartphone gps compass app. it shows magnetic declination at 10 degrees and a fluctuation between weak and strong magnetic fields ranging from 28 to 48 teslas
@dutchsinse The sun has been setting in a Northwest position, I noticed this 2 days ago, thought maybe I was going cuckoo, til yesterday I saw a video made in June, by a guy in Canada, North of the Tropic of Cancer and according to his compass, he verified exactly what I saw the other day, the sun is setting more in a Northwest position than west. The sun always rises in the east and sets in the west, the angle in the sky may differ, but east and west never have. "There will be signs in the sun"
It seems my compass is off, (I just bought it 20 min. ago...lol) agreeing with the direction of the sun. It is cloudy here today in eastern Oklahoma (weird because we haven't had clouds in a month and a half, the temp was 113 here, and the weather forecast predicted the same for the next 2 weeks). Hopefully this overcast sky will either drop some needed rain, or clear out so I can record the sunset to my compass. Will someone please do this today and send me a message? @19lfm12....think your talkin bout deviation.....there are certain magnetic anomolies around the world that vary deviation....you jus have to account for the specific deviation for a specific area to navigate via N....but in no way should you get a deviation like that from a static compass...no way no how

Hello Dutch.. :) well my dogs have been acting crazy also but mostley my two young ones but thats normal for them.. but, my 5 year old Lab has been acting wierd for the last cuople of days just coming up to me and staring at me and then he looks outside when i ask him whats wrong.. so i open the back door and he walks out on the patio and sniffs the air looks around a little bit and looks back at me.. then walks back inside and sits next to me and just keeps on staring.. IDK .. I am from Texas

Well my dogs are sleeping more...which is strange. I could not record it, but my compass is acting crazy. What should be 0 North is 353 North and changing between 2N and 353N. I read some of your explanations...but still find is bizarre. I live in Aldergrove, BC, CAN. Cheers, Joy
I am an Open Minded Skeptic so i broke out my compass and I must admit Mine is acting oddly.. Not as extreme as Mike is getting but still noticable and similar to what he exhibited. I live in Oregon and tested between approx 9:10 am and 9:30 am.. would film it but the compass I am using is too small to show up well. Will keep an eye throughout the day as this is rather interesting although admittedly i do not presume to know why..I can only report that it is happening for me. PEACE! ~a~
I have set my two compasses on my desk and I have been watching them for over 2 hours. I have noted identical swings of around 15 degrees from where I originally marked North (7-8 degrees on either side of my mark). They have been steady for about the last 30 minutes, but not at my original mark.
i verified with mine also and this is with my phone compass is also off. i watched it change and jump around. in TN....i will have pics up soon. north is N longer N on mine..
Mine is 20 degrees off from where it was set last night when I fell asleep. There is absolutely nothing around mine which would interfere. No metal, no cellphones, etc.

@dutchsinse....dude no BS....if you check your channel comments from like a week ago i said something about this.....cant remember exactly what day it was but about midday my mil spec digi compass went nuts and then would only show SW....tried to reclaibrate it and it did the same thing and then jus went to all dashes....recalibrated it 4 times and the same thing everytime....only showed SW and then went out....i'm freaked because if i'm lookin at the vids graphic correctly it shows a S pull?

I have had a compass set up on my office windowsill at home for a couple of years and have been watching the needle deviate steadily to the east ever since. It is now pointing more than 300 mils further East than when I set it up. At the time of writing, 13:25hrs GMT; 30Mar2011, the magnetosphere simulation was, "...switched off due to a power outage...!" I wonder what it is they don't want us to see?
I've been watching this website and these videos for a over a year now, this kind of thing happens on a regular basis. What appears to me to be happening at the moment is that the heliosphere / geomagnetic field / solar radiation from the sun is simply quiet at the moment. You will see strange things on there constantly. I follow the website called hisz dot rsoe dot hu and I get daily reports on plane crashes from them. Its UNBELIEVABLE how many planes are having accidents and incidents. I've started to believe that their compasses have been going haywire. LOTS of planes flipping over too. Just a thought.....
I gave away my compass recently. I will share this with people who have them, and a few have noticed aberrations this year. I did notice water draining differently, and I've seen moon aberrations this year. My spouse who "never" gets headaches woke up with one this morning in France. Mine is doing the same thing and started yesterday afternoon, but in addition my emf radiation detector is at caution level as well and anyone that had been outside that came into the house had a caution level as well to include the dog since then as well.

@CosmosPrivateer manipulating/hiding data, same as giving a false statement or report... say one thing then have an "oops" moment and change the data to make it look more "normal" or just delete it all together. this kind of data goes up on different agency websites in multiple countries and the swpc is more doctored and mismatched than any other. i watch them all... learn their codecs and you will see them change reports frequently. propaganda has many forms and they are all lies.

I do believe that certain types of radar can affect a compass...geographical location during a solar flare might cause a compass to react oddly as well if you are in the fallout of the flare...as the case may be, just the nuke fallout may wreak havok with many magnetic devices...we have no idea what some of the isotopes may bring our way...

Same thing happened september 30th 2009. The magnetic poles had become twisted and erratic a few days before the 30th. on the 30th the south pole completely disappeared as you are showing in this video. right after that happened huge earthquakes rocked Samoa and Indonesia
@robjnixon how would you use and get an accurate reading from an iphone compass?? i know there are apps for pretty much everything, but a phone as a compass?? i wouldn't say it's odd at all if there's interference with all the radio signals and electronic components.
I went in and downloaded the video for 3/29/2011 and right at the end we got hit with some major solar flares. By the way, I woke up at 3 am Central Time. Our time, and we were having an earthquake. My bed was shaking and the window blinds were rattling. I haven't seen it on any of the seismograph sites yet.
Normal readings here, if u are putting the compass near your PC where u are sitting, make sure your headphones and speakers (which contains magnets) are away from the compass. :D

@19lfm12....think your talkin bout deviation.....there are certain magnetic anomolies around the world that vary deviation....you jus have to account for the specific deviation for a specific area to navigate via N....but in no way should you get a deviation like that from a static compass...no way no how

holy friggin shit peeps...yeah and i dont usually curse....i'm at work and cant make a vid so your gonna jus have to take my word for it.....3 different compasses...2 digital....all went from 356 degrees north to 47 degrees north and have been holding 47 steady.....now not to give too much away but we know where north is supposed to be and its actually about 54 degrees off as opposed to 47...WhiskyTangoFoxtrot....this isnt right...dude somethin is def up!

So the site is back up,i went to the archive tho and it skips from march 13th to the 29th???they also skipped a few days last month???Ive been going to that site for a long time now and havent seen so many days taken out of the archive.Mind you i haven't seen a near pole reversal last for this many hours either.....but really they only posted 12 days for the entire months thats not normal for them

Hello Dutch.. :) well my dogs have been acting crazy also but mostley my two young ones but thats normal for them.. but, my 5 year old Lab has been acting wierd for the last cuople of days just coming up to me and staring at me and then he looks outside when i ask him whats wrong.. so i open the back door and he walks out on the patio and sniffs the air looks around a little bit and looks back at me.. then walks back inside and sits next to me and just keeps on staring.. IDK .. I am from Texas

Well my dogs are sleeping more...which is strange. I could not record it, but my compass is acting crazy. What should be 0 North is 353 North and changing between 2N and 353N. I read some of your explanations...but still find is bizarre. I live in Aldergrove, BC, CAN. Cheers, Joy

I am an Open Minded Skeptic so i broke out my compass and I must admit Mine is acting oddly.. Not as extreme as Mike is getting but still noticable and similar to what he exhibited. I live in Oregon and tested between approx 9:10 am and 9:30 am.. would film it but the compass I am using is too small to show up well. Will keep an eye throughout the day as this is rather interesting although admittedly i do not presume to know why..I can only report that it is happening for me. PEACE! ~a~

I have set my two compasses on my desk and I have been watching them for over 2 hours. I have noted identical swings of around 15 degrees from where I originally marked North (7-8 degrees on either side of my mark). They have been steady for about the last 30 minutes, but not at my original mark.

I have an OS map compass here in the UK , south is exactly where it should be and there is absolutly no movement @ 17:25 30th march 2011.
I have it sat on a pair of towels on a wooden chair.
move my mobile phone near it and it moves, keep the phone away and it doesn't move...

@mikkomikasa....yeah but i'm fairly certain that the iphone compass isnt a true compass right?.....pretty sure your phone jus recieves a signal based on your gps location and where north should be from that position....though i may be wrong...maybe they did cram a functional digi-compass in there...

Hey! Here in St Louis I have had a compass in my window for 3 weeks or so, it has moved exactly 1 1/2 degrees East and back several times. It is currently off about 1 degree.off true North

@dutchsinse....dude no BS....if you check your channel comments from like a week ago i said something about this.....cant remember exactly what day it was but about midday my mil spec digi compass went nuts and then would only show SW....tried to reclaibrate it and it did the same thing and then jus went to all dashes....recalibrated it 4 times and the same thing everytime....only showed SW and then went out....i'm freaked because if i'm lookin at the vids graphic correctly it shows a S pull?

I have had a compass set up on my office windowsill at home for a couple of years and have been watching the needle deviate steadily to the east ever since. It is now pointing more than 300 mils further East than when I set it up. At the time of writing, 13:25hrs GMT; 30Mar2011, the magnetosphere simulation was, "...switched off due to a power outage...!" I wonder what it is they don't want us to see?

I've been watching this website and these videos for a over a year now, this kind of thing happens on a regular basis. What appears to me to be happening at the moment is that the heliosphere / geomagnetic field / solar radiation from the sun is simply quiet at the moment. You will see strange things on there constantly. Usually dances1000 will note if it is something crazy, unseen...etc it looks like this quite often, take your time following the site, it changes all the time. nothing special

I simply look for anomalies on there whenever there is a major earthquake... its the first place I go to see if there is any anomalous / HAARP activity... you wanna talk WILD? I follow the website called hisz dot rsoe dot hu and I get daily reports on plane crashes from them. Its UNBELIEVABLE how many planes are having accidents and incidents. I've started to believe that their compasses have been going haywire. LOTS of planes flipping over too. Just a thought.....

I gave away my compass recently. I will share this with people who have them, and a few have noticed aberrations this year. I did notice water draining differently, and I've seen moon aberrations this year. My spouse who "never" gets headaches woke up with one this morning in France. I've been ill for two days now but chalk that up to kicking Tramadol. Odd burning hot feeling in abdomen all year. Pole shift? Could be!

Mine is doing the same thing and started yesterday afternoon, but in addition my emf radiation detector is at caution level as well and anyone that had been outside that came into the house had a caution level as well to include the dog since then as well.

space weather propaganda center is calling this a k4...last major one i watched was a k6 and it didnt have half the sustained affects that we are seeing right now. You dont have to be a scientist to see what are not normal patterns (which one doesnt belong).

@CosmosPrivateer manipulating/hiding data, same as giving a false statement or report... say one thing then have an "oops" moment and change the data to make it look more "normal" or just delete it all together. this kind of data goes up on different agency websites in multiple countries and the swpc is more doctored and mismatched than any other. i watch them all... learn their codecs and you will see them change reports frequently. propaganda has many forms and they are all lies.

I do believe that certain types of radar can affect a compass...geographical location during a solar flare might cause a compass to react oddly as well if you are in the fallout of the flare...as the case may be, just the nuke fallout may wreak havok with many magnetic devices...we have no idea what some of the isotopes may bring our way...

last night around 6:30 p.m. I started feeling weird all of the sudden for no reason, I felt kind of sick & a little bit dizzy - reason I mention this is because I'm very intuitive & sensitive to outside changes & forces, the slightest change in stuff is easy for me to detect & I've never felt this way before it was like one second I was fine & the next second I had to lay down. within an hour it went away - what the hell caused that? magnetic gravity stuff?

Same thing happened september 30th 2009. The magnetic poles had become twisted and erratic a few days before the 30th. on the 30th the south pole completely disappeared as you are showing in this video. right after that happened huge earthquakes rocked Samoa and Indonesia

I went in and downloaded the video for 3/29/2011 and right at the end we got hit with some major solar flares. By the way, I woke up at 3 am Central Time. Our time, and we were having an earthquake. My bed was shaking and the window blinds were rattling. I haven't seen it on any of the seismograph sites yet.
