Ok now i got another problem, im in the hydra place and i got up to the boss battle with the dwarves (5.00 m33-6 CFW with popsloader) where the battle runs fine up until i decide to cast a element with any character at which point the entire psp freezes and i have to remove the battery to reset the psp. Anyone got a fix for this?

Wait wait wait....Can you get past Arni Beach? My eboot (and all eboot's i've tried) ALWAYS freeze either in random battles, or I might get lucky and fight the mom lizard, but it just freezes after she does a couple attacks...I have the original disks too and created my own eboot, but it STILL doesn't work. I don't have that problem on my PS2, so I KNOW it's not my disks.

I love my psp im ver 5.00 GEN-D3 CFW ROCKS. With a 16 G mem card to bad PlayStation dosn't just stop trying to prevent ppl from using hombrew and shit. I don't think it's possible on the 3000, but if you're interested, check custom firmware, there are a lot of guides out there to tell you how to get it. Though I think it might only be possible on 1000-2000.

It was from walmart, both my psp's have flawless everything because I baby them.  I bought them new. Put a screen protector on the fat right out of the box I always put them face up when I put them down or in the slip case if i'm portable.

you just need to downgrade and install custom firmware its actually not that hard there are plenty of sites that give full detailed instructions on how too..with custom firmware you can also hook up your psp to your computer or HD TV and play the games off that.

I've downloaded several versions of CC iso's and all of them stop working at the halfway point between disc 1 and 2.

As soon as the movie scene with the panther ends, the game freezes up and I get an infinite black screen.

I herd that there is a way to fix this, but it sounds like a bit of an ordeal.

this game has 2 discs so u need to combine the 2 discs into one eboot

well, not really. The main characters in Chrono Trigger are mentioned but a few times. Chrono Trigger is an adventure through time. Chrono Cross is an adventure through space (dimensions). You can also play as green haired Glenn *hint hint*.

Thanks man, I played my way through CT doing as many things as possible and experimenting with different parts of the game until I unlocked 7 different endings, I'm sure there's more though, but I did unlock the ending where Glenn is there and has green hair, I think it had something to do with killing Magus and breaking the curse. I'm running 4.01 m33 and using POPS on an eboot I made with Icetea and alcohol 52%. for some reason, when I load it, it doesn't get past the "Published by Square Electronic Arts, LLC" screen. what did you use to rip this eboot, and do you have it uploaded somewhere?

I found out its only stable on 3.71 m33-4. just yesterday too. i upgraded to 5.00 m33-4 and FFVII stopped working. so i researched it and it sounds like 3.71 m33 had alot of its updates revolving around multi-disc games. so i tried it, and now it's working flawlessly.

if you dont mind if the game is old-school, you should def check out Lunar:silverstar story and Lunar:eternal blue. Good battle-system, no random battles,excellent animation/voiceovers, nice soundtrack, but theyre quite rare and expensive.

The aspect ratio of TV's when the PS1 started was 4:3 (fullscreen by dvd descriptions), the psp's screen is 16:9 (widescreen) so it has to have black bars along the right and left otherwise everything would be wide and fat.

Welcome to last tuesday. people have been booting PSX games on PSP for a long time. As for the "FULL SPEED", um duh? PSX emulation is native to the PSP.

This game works perfectly on custom firmware 3.71 or above if you use the 3.72 popsloader version. Use Dark Alex's multidisk version of popsloader and use GameID SCUS-94640 for both disks.

You MUST use Dark Alex's psx2psp converter so that BOTH disk have the same GameID (SCUS-94640). Also, should you decide to download all the popsloader versions (rather than dumping them yourself which is the hard, tedious and legal way) then beware of a bad 3.72 version that cases just gives you a black screen.

easy way to get game on psp, just get the iso by ripping the game or find another person who has the game and have them do it. then use psx to psp converter or popstation as it's called to make eboot. then stick it in your game folder depending on what firmware u have
