I disagree too. The best introduction is in Kore wa Zombie desu ka! One of the first scenes has the main character jumping infront of a truck to safe a cat. Before impact he is turning towards the camera to anounce that he is a zombie. Even the cat is surprised and then he is hit and he flies across the street loosing most of his clothes giving a few school girls the scare of a lifetime. Now that I think about it... almost every char on that show has an awesome intro. Love Toradora! though
