Had all four of those toys.. My Koopa kinda worked, luigi was fun, mario.. eh. In the end, it was the Goomba that got all the love. I eman, he did a perfect flip! he was awesome!

No, thats a Koopa Paratroopa alright. The two white stubby things are its wings, and if it were a 'spiked koopa' (AKA Spiny) it would have had SEVERAL spikes, not two. Be more obversive next time.

I am aware that a 'Spiked Koopa' does not exist. That's what it would look like though.I wouldn't see it as not being observant, I'd see it as crappy toy making.
