Especially since you can just go to a certain place in quests whatever day you want, with the exceptions of the Knight-Errant quest in Leyawiin and the Paranoia quest in Skingrad. :o oh yeah can you try a "why move to Leyawiin" video maybe? Leyawiin is my favorite town/city, and there are a lot of problems there ;D

Yeah it's a run down shack on the waterfront. you by it for 2000 gold I think. Find the imperial market commerce in the market district. Theres an old lady in there, thats where you get the house.

This is a step by step instructions where to find the house. market district, imperial city market of commerce building, old lady that sells the house. I don't have to pay for your house due to some credit problems with my realty agency ^^'. However it cost 2000 gold so it's not a big deal.

In the Market District. You know where the Black horse curier is? On the other side adjacent is the imperial City commerce(something like that). Look for an old lady in there and ask for a house.

You need to get her disposition to 70 or more. Look for the little face on the bottom of the dialog list, click it to get a circle sort of thing to appear there you can tell jokes to her to get her to like you or if your rich you can bribe her.
