yeah the kid did great in the draw, where the hell is the PPE for the person doing the draw and why is there someone with their hand above the site of the draw. You can get stuck like that.There are other ways to be safe and draw on kids..

well, if you explain them what the procedure is and stay calm, chances are they will cooperate.
I hate parents that say their kids "get a surprise" or to stay quiet because it doesn't hurt.
