im just a little curious, i hear that this game does not use dual cores....is this true? i just use a laptop hooked up to my 50" plasma and running at 720p. (or 1280x 720) my laptop meets all requirements but 1, my processor. i have an amd dual core at 1.2 only and the game requires 1.4. it actually runs great, all settings max except shadow quality at high instead of very high and anti-aliasing off. everything else max. good frame rate but if dual core can help how do i utilize it?

@zaidjordanzaid when the enemie are weak (right when you start. please hurry and make a frontline by building towers.. when you have the resources make walls. and then upgrade the towers and walls.. you dont have to make a hugh fort.. you just have to defense your home town :)

I love this game

I like to also play against the two biggest assholes Napoleon and Queen Victria

I have found in the beginng of the game to place a tower of some soldiers in your alley's town

I have also found that you place your fortifacation in the middle of the map or in the direct path the enemy needs to invade you.Even if they finally destroy it ,it will be you time to build up your city

also steal all the gold you can

But the strategy that I use is to make war costly as I can for those fuckers.

I will protect my explorer before my town as he can make new towns move fortafication to some lake or gold mine you know they will desire or in the path they need to take bait them

Hence they waste themselfs away trying to take out a couple of towers or ships and make war very expensive for those fuckers

Try the game from its official website and download the demo, and if you like it, buy the entire game with Asian Dynasties and Tribal Wars expansions from all good retailers.

Don't even THINK of pirating it.

Plus I have 4GB RAM, 1800MB shared graphics and dual core CPU, still have to keep the graphics to bare minimum to play completely smoothly. But I guarantee the experience is well worth the lag and money.

i used the spawn fast cheat and they kept spawning when i nuke them with cannon lol

i can teach you about one of my most successfuly assults. make 3 field cannons and 20musketers. line the musketers up to an line. this will be your front line. place the 3 field cannons where you want, there they are most useful. and move your front line forward but so you keep the line of musketers. Ps make sure your soliders has the command "Guard" or what its called. that will make them stay on their possition and just attack when the enemies attack. i hope that is useful for you.
