Has to be a pre 88 car as it has 1/4 light doors, not the most desireable version or the best colour, that said it looks nice enough
shame its been ruined by some god awfull cheap tat wheels and a chavvy exhaust pipe, seeing that video re posted with it sat on a set of Pirelli alloys and a standard twin pipe would be a nice sight to see

It cannot be GTi its more likely to be bistro! We know how does real GTi looks like, its called replica - which means a lot of mods to make it look like GTi. My grandfather brough in 2002 golf 1.3 8v monoinjected, black lamps, 18 inch Alloy wheels and GTi 16v Grill which look exactly like real GTi.. I've still got photos of it but he sold alloy wheels and lamps were destroyed by some morrons, and its not as low as it was before, so please dont put wrong info on youtube m8... :)

you do not know what you are talking about. Just look on google and see how many hits you get for "Mk2 Golf GTI 8v" yes that is 402,000 hits.. you can even buy parts from them from ebay. Anyhow if someone wanted to make a "replica" i would be listing it as MK2 GTI 1.8 16v which has higher bhp! except from the rims, that mk2 was standard!
@Fleckenfieber ~ sorry but your are sooo wrong, for every version of the the Golf GTI they have a four door version. My MK3 GTI is 4 door ~ check My video's out...

I had a model just like this mk 2. Same red Gti went like stink, it was as if it had a nuclear reactor for an engine.
