Yeah, but I tried it on N64 (I put the same settings and characters as you did) and it didn't get both of us to 999%. That's why I said it was emulator. It got me to 450%. And it got DK to 128%.
you have to make sure that you and dk the correct distance away, i have gotten it to work on my n64.
oh, and make sure your using a strong throw and not just tapping the button.
Oh, that's my mistake. I was tapping the button. Not using a strong throw.
