  • the key should not look like PAC man lol

  • what brand of engine is that?

  • @777worldliner I couldn't tell you. It was a 4 stroke kit I got from my local bike shop, who just wanted to get rid of his stock. I personally think these kits kind of suck. While I did like not having to mix the oil and gas, I did not like the centrifugal clutch and the overall bulk of the engine. I would recommend sticking with the 2-stroke engine. The manual clutch makes going downhill much easier and mixing the oil and gas is a minor setback compared to everything else.

  • @5cud6uddy thanks man

  • great information. thanks

  • replace the key, they are only a couple dollars and are designed to break so you dont grenade your engine. If you think replacing a keyway is bad, try a connecting rod, or crankshaft.

  • go to a lawnmower shop you'll find any keys or like HelioPyres says grind a larger key it'll last longer and less work!!!

  • if JB Weld doesn't work perhaps you can grind down a new key from a larger key.

  • 16 penny nail!

    lol nice vid

  • "so thats the project." project or 10 minute job??

  • I can't get the wifey to help me out, with these bikes at all.
