Love it, Scott... I think you were done a 30 seconds before you stopped. :o) This is exactly why I have an EMS... a nice balanced core as quickly as I can melt the glass. Sometimes I remove it from the EMS & decorate from there... other times you get such great designs from continuing to work w/ it on the EMS. (the Coast-to-Coast background was crazy distracting! LOL!)
@BethSingleton1 .... Beth, this tool is perfect for any torch. You definitely work hotter than you normally do w/out the EMS (electric mandrel spinner), but you torch will be just fine. You don't melt glass as quickly as a bigger torch, but as quickly as you can melt glass, you'll have a nice balanced bead... it's amazing. Another thing you'll love is that it's super easy to make longer beads because it's so quick to heat the end you're not working on & get back to the part you are working on.

I use a minor torch. Would my torch be too slow for this tool? What kind of torch are you using?
