I would like to see the real face side by side to a model on which you aplied the motion capture constraints. How can you proove that the animation in this video was not adjusted?

bardzo, bardzo slaby lipsync. masa poprawek konieczna. narazie nie widze zastosowania. moze po poprawieniu rozmieszczenia (i dodaniu kilku) markerow.

Its a nice demonstration video but I also think you need more definition around the mouth so that the model can form a convincing tight lipped 'o'
