It's the moon, and YES you can see the moon in the daytime depending on it's place in the cycle. The reason it appears to have moved could simply be from the angle of the camera lens. This is the reason you probably didn't notice it at the time, because it was a very natural thing, and there was no reason to try to zoom in on it.

Google to find the webpage on the Internet. Looking east-southeast from Evanston, I have recently (late July 2009) seen a bright, blazing star rise up over Lake Michigan. It could be the same object as in this video.
Okay, did anyone see the large glowing light, flying through the low cloud cover last Wednesday July 1st? It was late night and this thing was flying over the lake about two miles off, coming from the north, over downtown and then out southwest, out of my site, as my nose and cheek pressed against the window while watching it. This thing was BIG & very fast. Big enough for all to see, but fast enough for a whole city to miss. This thing spooked me out.
It couldn't be the moon, because the moon don't move that fast. It could be a balloon. I have seen them high and moving around like that before. I never seen a weather balloon before flying over chicago. Or' it could of been an orb of some sort. I just walked through there yesterday, when you took this video. It's one of my routes home. I have been seeing things in the skies also. Check out the description above. I will put it into question form.
I told ya, I didn't see it until we were back home going thru our video. Can't really run right back up to Chicago and zoom in. LOL Been kicking myself for not seeing it when we shot the video. :(
@Fire24Ice13 atleast a ufo didn't come over your car and follow you home like i had happen to me you may not believe this but since then i have had a whole lot happen. like dreams of being an human with big alien eyes with cool blue swirls and tiny pupils then wake'n up an hour after i fell asleep to witness three ufos hoovering in the distance for 15 min before floating away. any way thanks for the video can't tell if it is a fake or not but i believe you 80%.at least you have a video.
