I will give the movie one thing. It was pretty intense in some scene's and it did have a different take on the shock-horror genre. However i think it misses the bar on what it was trying to accomplish. Without character development you can't sympathize with these people. I think a more effective movie in this type of genre was Jake Ketchum's - A Girl Next Door. I would highly recommend that movie over this piece of trash. Anyways good review and sorry about the triple post.

Another thing that kinda pissed me off was that stupid loud obnoxious opening music for the title screen. I mean what was that, was it like a recording session of the 2 killers or something. It was totally unnecessary and contributes nothing to the film. Also why does Micheal Pitt continuously attempt to break the 4th wall with his audience. Oh and spoiler alert! - that part with the remote was TOTAL! BS! that entire screen opened so many plot holes and it defy's purpose or meaning
I just watched this movie. I watched the Phelous review 1st just to see how bad it is. Although the movie was somewhat interesting in the beginning and you could feel the tension build up, I couldn't feel attached to these characters at all, I actually felt more frustrated on how stupid some of these characters were portrayed in this film. Not to mention how the movie had an amazing cast. I mean how the hell can Tim Roth be such a push over, he was in Reservoir Dogs for god sake.
