I agree with jularr I found that any apps that you have, you can only change your icon if you downloaded the app from the internet. With any other icon when you try to paste, if you go up to edit, paste just isnt an option! please help us both. you can figure it out. Even with candybar the same results exept for with finder

The candybar application is also very useful because there are certain items that are rather difficult to find. Candybar is free for the first 1000 icons or so if I'm thinking right. Once the time is up you can just drag your new icons. Perhaps you could do a video on it? In my experiences it's been much easier.
