Yes,
the wheels are made by my husband ultra light carbon fiber and 360 rotating front wheel.
She has 3 different sets of different materials.
The ones we bought to begin with didn't really work for her and we gave them away.
She is a picky girl and didn't like the way they felt.
She runs like crazy and does sniff .....
