@MrBruceBarham I'm sorry, That was Honeymoon in Vegas, not Leaving Las Vegas. Personally I'm an Elvis fan so I love any rendition of his music. U2 in this case (=the studio version, not this live one with audience chipping in) has surpassed Elvis, and it's the only instance where I can say that. Springsteen and UB40 don't even come close.

and if you think the beatles are not great musicians you should ask drummers and bass palyers, paul is the master of the melodic bassline who could play in any style he wanted, for example on i want you he sounds like paul jones.

and ringos drumming is unique, never before or after him did a drummer create so unique parts for so many songs, you only hear drumming, you can know the song.
