OK now it's official, CAPCOM hate Megaman I mean first they cancel is new games than they didn't put him in MvC3 (nor UMvC3) in any form (nor counting the dlc outfit for Zero) and now they give him the design of the of Megaman 3 box art, which has been called for decade one of the worst box art ever. If Namco can give Pac-man his carttony look why can CAPCOM do the same for Megaman or at least give him his Megaman 10 "box art" outfit which has a arm cannon and look kind of badass.

Like it or not MvC fans, the DLC and Zero counts. Putting a separate Megaman in, when Zero and Arthur are pretty much the same thing gameplay-wise is dumb. They probably did this because people keep bitching when they already gave you what you want.

@jjj7790 First of all, with all the version of Megaman there is, don't tell me they couldn't find one that is different from these two. Also, Ryu and Akuma have a pretty simmilar gameplay yet yuc can pwn whith Ryu and suck with Akuma and vice-versa.

Also what i meant is that they should have put the "Cartoon" Megaman which is not badass but whouldn't look out of place since Pac-Man and kuro and toro are in anime style. what i said is kind of badass is the Megaman 10 "box art" design.

Even though Akuma and Ryu look similar enough, they were developed in the fighting game setting to be balanced differently, and you just said, there is a significant enough difference in gameplay so that the skill of the player has a specific effect.

There is a difference in that Zero was practically the poster boy for the Megaman X series and was separate enough from X gameplay-wise, while Ken is basically Ryu with kicks and fire. The funny thing about all this is, if the game was released 10 years ago, having Zero in the game would be the hottest shit.

I think it's dumb to say that Megaman is Capcom's flagship, because that honor goes out to Ryu himself, the crossover king.
