im a 15 year old canadian boy im very intrested in becoming a helicopter pilot for a carerr im considering joining the canadian forces becuase the training is free and its a good way to log on the hours. or to join a school like this. what is the best path

can somebody tell me about helicopter lessons? i know they are very expensive(here they require 100 hours of flying at $470/hour, $950 for the bell 206), but the school here doe not guarantee a job going as far as saying: you should take more lessons for more exp. or get lucky on yoru resume and prove to the employer that you are "eager and hardworking". what is the range of pay for staters, and what career options there are.

what's R126000 ? is it $126,000 USD for a PPL ? if that's true, that's too expensise for a PPL.

@jvn1111 R stands for South African Rand, so the price is about $16,000 not including accommodation. So the price is not, ridiculous. It seems about the same as some of the schools i've looked at.
