This is wonderful! And yes, memories.... I was a teenager working @ a restaraunt in Wilkes-Barre, PA. A man comes to the register, he has a tag around his neck: Firefall Crew. I just found out that I was off work early, he gave me 2 backstage passes. Great concert! I didn't know how to get backstage (too bad!) but when the crew was breaking down the stage, I found the guy and he invited me to the band's party at their hotel. Couldn't go, had to have parents car home by 11! No groupie that nite!

I remember seeing the original band/line-up at the Hollywood Sportatorium in Fla. They were headlining w/ Heart, also the original band - There was a delemma as to which band should open and which should be the main act-, I believe these guys ended up opening . Both bands were great and out of many shows i saw at this crazy venue this was prob the best, & I saw Boston's 1st tour, Van Halen/BTO,Journey,Billy Joel, Clapton, & others..

RIck Roberts was in Prison here a few years ago, but I did see him here in a littl' theater where the band first started in CO.

And they sounded really good!...This wasn't to bad, miss the flute and I did jam with a few of the originals at one time

I don't think it was the camera's fault, and what's so crappy about Sony's? The camera person just couldn't keep it still. But anyway, I happened to run across this and watched it, 'cause I used to like the song, and, shit, this is an incredible live performance!! The guitarist is really impressive, his tone is gorgeous. I didn't know these guys were this good, and I was right, it is a beautiful song. That's definitely a keeper. The bass player looks the same ( from Spirit, right?) No more lette

After watching a different version of this song, I figured out that , apparently, the guitarist's fantastic solo here was just covering for the missing flautist, by playing the fucking flute solo note for note I feel so stupid, but I did really dig that great guitar part, so it's still a keeper, I guess. I wish I didn't find the other version. I was gonna try to find the album, too, but it's just gonna have a big Ian Anderson rip-off in the middle. FUCK!

I actually met this band up in Beaver Creek, CO about 10 years ago. I was at a company event and heard the music and thought, pretty cool band. Then I turned and started watching them and realized it was Firefall. I loved them when I was in college.

I was ten when this song came out. My dad owned a vet with a nice 8 track player installed with big reverb comin from speakers behind the seats. He turned me on to music. I remember this one well. Thanks for posting. Does the band have any love stuff out there from the heyday??
