You can save the file as .avi from camstudio which is supported by any computer. When in camstudio, in the white box in the top right corner there should be text saying "record to avi"

If there is a check next to "Do not record sound", then it won't record sound from your speakers. Click it again to uncheck it. When it's unchecked you'll be able to record the sound from the speakers.

Click start (botton on the bottom left corner), then click "My Computer". Now Click on the thing called "something C". Then click program files. Then click camstudio. Then click recorder (the icon is a video camera)
