I have quit Earthlink too...Road Runner has me back again...I like the Norton 360 a lot but the slower speed (no Turbo) of Earthlink plus the mail error message are a pain. I need speed to watch videos and You Tube and my video blogs online...I watch my blog after upload to be sure they do well...after that I just await comments. Bye-bye Earthlink!
Recently I cancelled my service, by chat, had a trnscrpt sent to me, & even got a confirmation #. Today I checked my bank records & found that Elink had deducted $76! I called India & a rep said he'd refund the $, but had no explanation as to why the improper charge had happened. This is the 2nd time Elink has done this; a yr ago, when I set up srvce, they tacked on some additional service and charged me for it. I can't believe that 2 bogus charges in 1 year are accidents. Stay away from Elink!
