Hello. I have a video card sapphire ati 6950 2gb. I would like to change the original heatsink with this here: Arctic Accel. Xtreme Plus. This sink is fine on my ATI 6950?
@Crysis2ful yeah bro! all accelero is soo fking good for all VGA.. for your VGA you have a chance to buy the last accelero extreme plus II !go to artic cooling home page and search plus II.
yes ^^ da phantom sucks it is loud and the Direct Cu II from Asus is not cool^^ so i think the accelero is the best option in couple with a evga gtx 580. it costs in germany ~ 450€
you have no problems .. my configuration consumes up to 490W with the VGA GTX480to voltage 1.138 and 900MHz GPU .. then the 650w we do not worry ... provided there is a power supply certified.
Good video. Well done. And just think it would be great to see your Arctic Cooling Accelero Xtreme Plus + GeForce GTX 480 (or maybe, GTX 580?) full assembling video too. I think it would be interesting.

Ciao Fabrix777, nessun mod, si chiama ROCKETDOCK ed è un programma freeware..cercalo su guugle. :-) .. in piu hai skin e altro.. io ora ho cambiato software e uso ObjectDock 2.0 plus, che è tutto un'altro pianeta e ti permette di avere infinite barre a scomparsa o fisse sul desktop... rocketdock è però piu leggero,ti consente SOLO 1 barra come vedi dal mio video. A te la scelta spero di esserti stato di aiuto ;)
the Fan Pin is correct to use on PCB VGA.. is made so by the manufacturer and it is normal that the fans are slow, not to make too much noise and being 3 to maintain very low temperatures.. in this mode, 480 go to 1.138 voltage,899 mhz gpu.
@ghostfoxxx :) hay again,yea i know but,yours is runing 1900rpm,and mine is runing 1700rpm,it should be 2000 on the max.I would love to see 2000rpm but proberbly not :( still way better then stock cooler hehe. . . Peace out Bra ;)
