ok so here is the deal: either the abiotic oil (non biological oil, non crude oil) theory is totally wrong, or the peak oil theory is wrong. These two theories cannot both be right, although they both do have some interesting points, and facts. I think that their is a threat of oil, because we have taken so much from the earth, and have not given really nothing back. Its the law of god that we will reap what we sow.

i dont know if you realize it or not but that year 2012 according to the Aztec calender is suppose to be the year the world comes to an end.

Not necessarily; the calendar simply ends on that date, so people tend to assume that date marks the end of time. And as far as I know, it's the Mayan calendar, not the Aztec.

Yeah, I certainly think loads of interesting things are going to happen soon at the very least :D, although I'm not totally convinced about the 2012 date... the calendar needed to be sort of 'translated' from their system to our system, and I don't trust them to do a perfect translation, so I'd be willing to wait until at least 2015 before I lost faith in this thing.
