You can see the difference between a car with a LSD and without one great on this video. The E36 has no problems keeping the drift up and drifting that smoothly simply because of the LSD. No E46 exept the M3 came with a LSD, sadly.
Agreed, my 330i Sport Saloon sucks arse for trying to drift, getting a quaiffe aftermarket one soon to sort this out, my E34 525i Sport with an LSD was a drift animal as was all the cars I had with LSD's :D

my only gripe is that this was done with other people present, which can get bad if there are any mistakes.

the e36 325 has less power than the 330 and drift it much better. The e36 was made for drifting. they are perfect in any engine.
