  • Why not remove all Representatives from the Federal Pay Roll and force them to receive their pay from their Home State! Then provide a path for them to go back home and find a job; if they can find one. It's called: TERM LIMITS. No more professional Politicians (Poli=many, tics=blood sucking critters).

  • Isn't it law for the Senate to pass a budget each year? Yes. So, why isn't Harry Reid in jail?

  • @behaack HE WORKS for the biggest crooks in the world; the Central Bankers.

  • The thing that ticks me off are all the Establishment types who are claiming that Gingrich wasn't Conservative, while the current crop have failed to get any of their plans made into law.

-"I voted for The Ryan Plan." Whoopty-doo! So, you essentially had a symbolic/protest vote while O'bama gets everything he wanted AND MORE. By funding the govt through Continuing Resolutions, O'bamas 'Stimulus' is now in the base-line.

If Romney wins, can we at least get Gingrich as Speaker again?

  • The democrats are all about big government and class warfare and they are the last people you would trust to deliver a budget. I would rather trust my 10 year old sister to deliver a budget than the democrats

  • Posted: r-pt[dot]net

  • Everything else seems to me to be meaningless. This is their job, get it done.

Where is my childrens money going? Does anyone know?

  • I'd like to see them all thrown out and institute a limit on terms. 6 years for House, 12 for Senate. No life long pension for only working there less than 10 years (where else can you get this deal?) No exempting themselves from the laws they pass. LEGAL Insider trading anyone? Can't be given parking tickets anywhere in DC if you're a member of Congress. "little kings all" I agree both sides are corrupt, but now what? Take up the house budget and VOTE on it. "WHERE'S THE VOTE?"

  • Only a blind fool would believe this crap, but the Republican Party is made up of blind fools.

  • @TheMadSyrupMaker How is this crap? It's completely accurate

  • If you are a Obama Supporting DemonRat.. I hope the next foreclosure is yours!

  • The Heretic foundation, home of the Republican party......The GOP has cornered the market on bigotry and ignorance.......

  • @TheMadSyrupMaker

You would think that huh?? But remember, it's the REPUBLICAN party that ended Slavery in this country...not Democrats. Interesting how the Democrats have somehow reversed the public's thinking on who's a Bigot and Ignorant right? It's all smoke and mirrors my friend... you are drinking that liberal media kool-aid. It's time you put the cup down and wake the fuck up

  • @RoadTripVidz , You might want to take a walk through history. Abraham Lincoln would have nothing to do with today's Republican Party. The Republican party of today is made up of the Democrats that left the Party when Kennedy was elected, and Johnson passed the civil rights bill. The moderate Republican Party of Dwight Eisenhower is no more, the Republican Party of today embodies the ideals of the old Democrats of the South during the segregationist era, so shut the hell up idiot.

  • @TheMadSyrupMaker The only ignorant one here is you. You can't counter any of these facts with any meaningful, reality-based discussion. AND your ignorance and lack of repect for using the race card as a desperate attempt .Typical liberal hypocracy and lies. The truth hurts doesn't it? BTW- the state of the union address was rated at an 8th grade reading level- no small wonder you are comfortable with this incompetent President and equally incompetent Democrat Senate.

  • @unixsysny , If the state of the union was 8th grade reading level, it should have been perfect for you, with your eight grade mentality. The fact is, "you " are a Republican and you are either one of two things, rich or an idiot. The chances of you being rich with your brain power are poor at best, however, the odds of you being an idiot are a gambling man's dream........Now go play in the street.

  • @TheMadSyrupMaker LMAO get back on the plantation you dem voting slave

  • @TheMadSyrupMaker; I see. The one who reduces complex politics to simple binary existence wants to lecture everyone else on "eighth grade mentality".

I hope you're having fun in the street, then.

  • Impressive!!!

  • Haters gonna hate. But an interesting watch

  • ron paul

    that is all

  • republicans and democrats and their shitty ideas.

  • @Khadgar07 Agreed we need to kick all of them out have no party's and start over this is our country not theres.

  • It's all been going downhill since Anthony Weiner lost his job.

  • FUCK OBAMA HE LIKES PEACOCK CHODE

  • Does it really matter if they pass a budget or not? We will never be able to pay off the debt that BOTH PARTIES have helped accumulate, our economy will be crashing soon and there will be martial law across the nation. LET'S TALK ABOUT REALITY....

  • While the Senate may not have created their own budget, a budget was passed and approved by Congress for 2011 on 4/15/2011. This video tries to make it seem as though the government as a whole has not passed a budget in over 3 years and this is UNTRUE. There are plenty of valid points to be made without lying or misdirecting. So, where's the beef, GOP?

  • #1000days

  • Good job as usual, Heritage. And Democrats have been wildly spending like it's not their money, so I guess they feel no need of making a budget. Budget? What's a budget?

  • I'm really tired of everyone being either super-left leaning or super-right leaning, that fully supports one party and all it's ideas, and demonizes the other. people need to start realizing that both parties have their ups and downs, their good ideas and bad ones, their good politicians and their corrupt ones. So instead of bashing one side as a whole, it is much better to say what you don't like about a specific ideology that party has.

  • @fjdkslan Super-right leaning is a very, very rare thing. The vast majority of the Right is centric. You have to understand HOW the Democrats control the conversation - they go as far left as they possibly can, then go farther, this makes the people in the center appear like diametrically opposed radicals. This is NOT a mistake or a byproduct of the Left's political tactics, this IS their tactic. There's no self-regulation on the Left, either, so if one does something stupid no one refutes it.

  • @Jahooba but you're completely exemplifying my point: hardcore democrats think the exact same way in reverse. not only that, but saying that the entire democratic party is doing one certain thing and that the republicans are doing the right thing also is exactly my point. instead of saying "the entire democratic party is doing this wrong," it's significantly more correct to say "these certain people are doing this wrong". because you can't honestly say all republicans are good and all dems bad

  • @fjdkslan Hardcore Democrats are wrong - maybe that's where your confusion stems from.

  • @Jahooba first off, i'm not a democrat, i'm independent. but you're completely proving my point! you're saying that everything a staunch democrat says is automatically wrong, and that staunch republicanism is the only right idea. You cant possibly agree with 100% of everything that republicans say, can you? if you do, that's a sign of simply agreeing with them because either you're accustomed to agreeing with everything they say, or you were raised that way. both ways are bad. dems are no better

  • @Jahooba You really did just exemplify the type of person characterized in fjdkslan's statement. Quite frankly, there are as many extreme Democrats as there are Republicans (very few on each side). Each party tries to paint an "extreme" picture of the other party. Why? Because it's the best way to alienate them from the people. This is wrong, however it's also wrong (as well as exactly what one side wants you to do) to say that one side is doing it and the other isn't.

  • Reading Lib/Dem comments is like a Documentary on "Dumbing Down of America"!

obama and his Commie Comrades have been doing things like Foreign Enemies would do!!

  • heritage.org is another bought and paid for republican division machine! our mis-representative bob latta has done NOTHING for his district, only his campaign contributors! he's only interested in his campaign for congress! he votes with boehner and his crowd, NOT the interests of his district! he went to washington to become a millionaire, not represent his district! he's done that rather well, his net worth is $2.5 million in just 5 years!

  • @oilcan821 Did you vote for him?

  • But Romney only paid 14% on his income tax!!!! /sarc

  • @connecticutmommmy And so did multi-billionaire Warren Buffett, paid less than the tax rate of his secretary. Tell Obama to put him to jail first, filthy rich capitalist. Of course he can't, they are buddies, you know? Besides, I did not hear it was against the law.

  • @Fortugaleza Warren Buffet is the one who pointed out that his secretary does in fact pay a lower percentage in taxes than him. He has consistently called for higher taxes on the rich and has even voluntarily pledged to give a higher percentage of his income. Doesn't really make sense to call him a 'filthy rich capitalist'

  • @frosty1798 It's nice living in ignorance isn't it? The term "hypocrite" must just slip under your radar

  • Dear Heritage, you need to modify your video by identifying WHO controlled the Senate (every time you say the word, "Senate." "...the DEMOCRAT controlled Senate...." This is where we lose our message. We assume everybody is informed like us and know who controls the chamber, but people are very misinformed. This video is great, but should point out the GOP took only xx number of days to pass a budget when they took BACK control of the house in 2011. Thanks for reading.

  • @rickatindy1962 Without me taking sides, let me point out that the past 1,000 days encompasses 2011 AND 2010, as well as part of 2009. Let me also point out that there have been very, very many bills in the past few years that republicans have just completely refused to cooperate with. I'm not saying that GOP or democrats are better, but the current republicans in Washington are definitely not favored by me. Also, you shouldn't make politics so much about dems vs GOP. neither party is perfect

  • @rickatindy1962 Absolutely agree! The Dems have been in charge and that needs to be pointed out every time!

  • @rickatindy1962 A majority doesn't mean anything. you need 60 votes to get something passed. 53 democrats will vote yes, 47 republicans will vote no - 47 rep yes, 53 dem no. Given, there will be one or two deviations, but the strict bipartisan nature of the senate along with the mutual enmity between the two parties is the issue. You can't point at one party and say "it's their fault." It's BOTH of their faults. Stop acting like everything is due to one party, THAT is called being 'misinformed.'

  • @rickatindy1962

Very good point... well said Sir

  • Democrats don't need a budget ... because their ideology informs them every red cent of national wealth belongs to them to distribute as they choose.

  • @LibertyAtStake Well said!

  • @LibertyAtStake; Harry Reid even admits it: "There’s no need to have a Democratic budget in my opinion."

  • @LibertyAtStake Really, the US Currency belongs to the International Bankers. We only Rent it (Taxes). END THE FED

  • Who needs a budget when you now have a "Ruler" in the White House?
